Rachel Southee, Founder & Director of O&U Group, is an experienced senior finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, business strategy, and financial transformation. A Chartered Accountant trained at a Big 4 firm, she has worked extensively with start-ups, SMEs and large corporates, gaining deep insight into diverse business landscapes.
She has demonstrated significant expertise across technical IFRS accounting, financial reporting, through to strategy and risk management, and business optimisation. With over eight years of experience, Rachel brings a collaborative approach to uncovering risks, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic solutions.
What sets Rachel apart is her unique combination of accounting and engineering qualifications, which allow her to tackle complex business challenges with a solution-driven mindset. She believes in empowering businesses through practical, innovative strategies that create real impact.
